Frequently asked questions

OmniCheck helps clean bulk mobile-number databases for Latin America through a simple experience: upload your file, wait for processing, and download the final result. The core commercial promise is live validation for faster contact.

What is OmniCheck?

OmniCheck is a bulk mobile-number cleanup platform for Latin America. It is designed to give you a current reading of activity at processing time and classifies numbers into three simple results: Active, Not Active, and Invalid Format.

What is it for?

It is used to clean lists before campaigns, reduce wasted operational effort, and improve the overall quality of your databases when you need to act quickly on leads or commercial lists.

What file types can I upload?

You can upload CSV or TXT files.

What is the minimum upload size?

The minimum is 2,000 numbers per file.

Can I mix several countries in one file?

No. Each upload must contain numbers from a single country.

Which countries does OmniCheck support?

OmniCheck is built for Latin America. In the portal you choose the country before uploading the file.

Is this for any kind of phone number?

No. OmniCheck is designed for mobile numbers only. Fixed lines, toll-free numbers, PBX, IVR, extensions, and other non-mobile records are not the target of the service and may come back as Not Active.

Do the numbers need to include country code?

Yes. The numbers must include the country code and be provided in international format.

If I upload CSV, which column must it contain?

The CSV must include a column called number.

What do the results mean?
  • Active: the number passed OmniCheck's activity validation at processing time.
  • Not Active: the number did not pass that validation at that moment.
  • Invalid Format: the number does not match the expected format for the selected country.
Why is this useful for leads or fast contact?

Because OmniCheck is designed to give you live validation of activity at processing time, which makes the result especially useful when you want to contact faster and prioritize better operationally.

Does OmniCheck tell me if a line receives voice, SMS, or WhatsApp?

Not in this version. The customer-facing result is intentionally simplified to: Active, Not Active, and Invalid Format.

How long does processing take?

It usually takes several minutes. Timing depends on file size and queue depth. That is exactly why the commercial value is working from a current reading instead of an aged list.

Will I receive an email when it is done?

No in this version. The current model is check and download inside the portal.

How do I receive my results?

When processing finishes, the final file is available for direct download from the job page.

Can I pay per job or per file?

Yes. OmniCheck is designed around payment per job / per upload.

What happens if my file contains badly formatted numbers?

Numbers with incorrect formatting will appear as Invalid Format in the final result.

Does OmniCheck modify my original file?

No. OmniCheck processes the upload and generates a new output file with results.

Is it built for bulk use?

Yes. OmniCheck was designed for high-volume list cleanup, not manual one-by-one validation.

What does “requires review” mean?

It means the job could not be closed normally and support needs to review it.

Who is OmniCheck built for?

For commercial teams, call centers, operators, and companies that work with large mobile-number databases and want to clean them before use.
